Initial consultation
The initial consultation will determine the purpose or your web site. We will ask questions that will enable us to get to know you and your business.
The discussion will include basic topics such who your target audience is, what your goals and objectives are, the visual design of your web site,
and what photos and text you would like to include. A questionnaire will be provided to aid in the discussion.
Information architecture
We will inventory any marketing material you already have on hand. Do you have a logo and photos in a usable format? Does content need to be created or is it already in place?
Site design
During this stage the page grid, page design, and graphic design standards are created and approved. Research, writing, organizing, assembling,
and content editing are performed.
Site construction
The bulk of the web pages are completed during this stage, pages are linked, and the web site is ready to be tested. You will be able to watch
the progress from any internet connection.
Site marketing
Use the URL in all publications and media ads, put it on business cards and letterhead. Your web site will be listed with all the major web indexes
such as Google, Yahoo! and InfoSeek.
Site maintenance
As your business grows, the need to maintain your web site will be critical. Graphics may need to be replaced, text may need to be updated, pages may need to be
added or deleted. Keeping the content fresh will keep clients coming back again and again.
